Customer Data and content from the third-party tools you connect, which we access to perform the tasks you instruct Faby to do.

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to perform the tasks you instruct Faby to complete; to build context about your organization so Faby can work effectively; to communicate with you; to maintain security and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not use Customer Data to train models without permission.

When you connect a tool — such as Slack, your CRM, or your data warehouse — we access it only as needed to perform your requested tasks and only within the scopes you authorize.

We rely on third-party service providers and sub-processors to operate the Service. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with sub-processors that help us operate the Service; with the third-party tools you direct Faby to act within; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Where we process Customer Data on behalf of your organization, please direct requests to that organization, which controls that data.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.
